Description
I'd never attempted to pull off a Common Elements piece at a con before -- much less one involving two artists -- but I was determined to catch Ron Lim early on Friday at WonderCon 2007 so he could pencil this matchup of everyone's favorite Wall-Crawler and Seven Soldiers' Manhattan Guardian. On Saturday, I hustled the pencil art over to Danny Bulanadi's table for embellishment in ink. As the title suggests, the connection between these two great heroes is their mutual association with newspapers: Spidey at J. Jonah Jameson's Daily Bugle, the Guardian at... well, you know.
