Description
I've craved a Bob Layton commission for the longest time. His recent "special" gave me the spur I needed to commission at last the Common Elements concept that's had Bob's name next to it since I started the theme. And did he ever smack a home run with it! Captain America and Booster Gold both wear stars on their chests, but that isn't their Common Element. (In fact, I didn't even notice that similarity until I was sending the reference scans to Bob!) The connection here is that both of these heroes are refugees from another time period -- Cap from the 1940s, Booster from the 25th century.
