Description
When the "good girl" craze hit comics in the late 1940s, Timely Comics (better known today as Marvel) launched a trio of heroine-headlined series designed to capitalize on the trend. Sun Girl made her first appearance in her own title in August 1948; that series lasted all of three issues. After a smattering of guest appearances, she pretty much disappeared less than a year later. Gene Gonzales brings her back to radiant life in this Bombshells! pinup.
