Description
Bringing to vivid life my little twist on a familiar phrase, Jeff Moy turned in a bang-up job on this commission. I especially like Jeff's striking take on the Black Cat -- the Golden Age Harvey Comics heroine, not Spider-Man's off-and-on partner/paramour.
The "common element" between these two great ladies of the comics goes beyond their names. Both date back to comics' Golden Age; both frequently ride motorcycles; both are expert martial artists. And in the real world, both were drawn in the late 1940s by a great Golden Age artist, Lee Elias.
