Description

I have ideas. This is one of them.

The Blackest Night has hit the small podunk white trash town of South Park, CO. The dead have risen, and heroes such as Mysterion and Mintberry Crunch are unable to stop the hordes. Now, some of the town's most . . . unique residents have found themselves with power rings of the emotional spectrum. Can they defeat the Black Lanterns of South Park?

In the DC Universe, Red Lantern rings go to those full of rage. The ring's viscous energy replaces the blood of the bearer, and they usually become incapable of rationale thought. Mr. Hat may be an unusual choice, but he was the one that pushed Herbert Garrison to kill Kathy Lee Gifford to avenge a childhood slight. He kept trying to murder Mr. Garrison's other "puppet," Mr. Twig. And what was one of the first things we heard from Mr. Hat? "YOU GO TO HELL! YOU GO TO HELL AND YOU DIE!!!" Besides, my concept would have the ring going to the puppet, and that Mr. Garrison wouldn't have much choice in the matter. I gave reference material to Cape 'n' Babes creator Chris Flick, and he ran with it.

interesting concept indeed, now i wonder would Kenny be susceptible to a black rings influence due to his constant deaths, or do his powers prevent such a thing....
