Gilbert Monsanto is another super talent from the Philippines. He is now accepting commissions for $60 for a pencil, $80 for pencil and ink and $100 for an ink wash for a single figure with backgrounds on 11 by 17 comic art board. Extra characters are $30 for pencil, $40 for inks and $50 for ink wash each. At this rate I am sure his list will fill up fast so shoot me an e-mail ASAP.
