1. Please tell us a little about yourself.

I am a Spanish collector. The first comic-book I read was Uncanny X-Men #127 and since that moment I have been a fan of John Byrne. I love his work in Fantastic Four, Iron Fist, Avengers, and all the 70s and 80s stuff.

2. Which piece in your gallery is your favorite?

My favorite piece is the page from the novel graphic Death of Captain Marvel. It shocked me when I was a child. It was an awesome and terrible story. It's a pity that Starlin drew it with markers because black lines become gray and red over time... And one day there will be nothing!!

3. How long have you been collecting comic art and what prompted you to start?

I started to collect original art about eight or nine years ago. Why did I start? Probably for nostalgia. My first artwork was a Byrne page: Superman #5 p15. It was a dream come true. Now I try to combine two things: nostalgia and quality.

4. How do you display/store your collection at home?

My favorite pieces are framed and hung on every wall in my home. Now I don't have any empty walls left, so I store the rest of them in Itoya folders.

5. What are your top five most wanted original pages or commissions?

My top five pieces are:

1. Fantastic Four #236 cover by Byrne and Terry Austin. I would kill to own it!

2. Uncanny X-Men #137 Pg.02-03 by Byrne and Austin.

3. Daredevil #171 cover by Frank Miller and Klaus Janson. I think it's an iconic image and one of the best covers of Miller's run on Daredevil.

4. Any page from DEN by Richard Corben. Another title from my childhood.

5. In my top five there's also room for classics artists as Hal Foster or Alex Raymond. Someday I'd like to have any Sunday strip from Prince Valiant or Flash Gordon. And of course, there would be a Jack Kirby Fantastic Four page.
