1. Please tell us a little about yourself.

I am a 33 year-old portrait artist living in England at the moment soon to move back to northern Ireland. I collect art and also sell, I currently have a roster of artists I work with selling original art and commissions. Representing Simon Bisley for over 15 years; exclusively representing Glenn Fabry for 10 years, Greg Staples for five years and Andrei Bressan for the last two months. I am the only person I know that will take trade from collectors to offset costs on artists commissions and always do my best to get a deal that works for everyone. I love to trade and find its more fun than constant cash dealings.

2. Which piece in your gallery is your favorite?

I don’t have a favorite as much as a group of them but currently if I had to pick one I would say my Bisley "George and the Dragon" piece. I wanted it from the first time I seen it published and was amazed to see it for sale on heritage. I had a bid on that was three times what I paid. It’s a proper grail for me was the piece by my top artist from his top book.

3. How long have you been collecting comic art and what prompted you to start?

In 1997, I was seling comics at a con in Ireland and saw Mark Buckingham selling original pages, I had never even heard of this before. from that point on I stopped collecting comics and collected art.

4. How do you display/store your collection at home?

In plastic folders with a stack on the walls, I move house a lot which is good because the art changes around every time I move.

5. What are your top five most wanted original pages or commissions?

In no order:

Preacher pages
Todd McFarlane Spider-Man
Jack Kirby Kraven the Hunter
Mike Mignola Hellboy
Glenn Fabry covers
and as a cheating 6th I am looking contact info for Mike Kaluta if anyone has any let me know, I would love to get him to ink my Bernie Wrightson Frankenstein
