I first discovered Stanley Pitt's art from the three Flash Gordon pin-ups he did in Heritage fanzine in 1972. He had excellent brushwork and hsi images were very reminiscent of Alex Raymond's style. I purchased a poor quality reprint of his Silver Starr strip and enjoyed it. He ghosted the Secret Agent Corrigan strip for Al Williamson on two stories and I managed to buy a couple of nice examples of his work on the strip.
