Well, I can clearly no longer call myself a "budding art collector". So, I'm now a full-fledged collector, with a predilection for Ra's Al Ghul, Teen Titans, and He-Man/She-Ra sketches. I like pieces that tell a story and showcase the artist's skills with character and mood. Each piece is special to me in various ways and there are few I will consider parting with. I'm a collector for the love of collecting and owning the work of those I admire. I also own The Dragon, the local comic store of Guelph, Ontario - www.thedragonweb.com.
