Castellano, Josh
So I've finally returned to one of my early aspirations of youth of becoming a comic book illustrator. I remember in Jr and Sr High School I would include my comic book illustrations in most of my projects. Many of these projects included the Spider-Woman Character and original characters I'd created. I think my Sr High School Art teacher kept most of my work. He was actually the one who guided me in pursuing a career in the Arts. Unfortunately I did not follow my aspiration of becoming a comic book artist, instead I went on to Art School and studied Graphic Design and have worked in the industry for over 20 years. It wasn't until I started recoloring the Spider-Woman Covers (http://www.spider-womanart.blogspot.com/) that sparked my interest again.
To get back in to the flow of things, I decided to do recreations of Spider-Woman Covers (Bronze to Modern Age). This will be great practice and hope in the process I will branch out and develop my own style.
