Graphite pencil note on back attributes art to Mike Sekowsky and Frank Bolle by previous owner. Story features a kiss in panel one and a punch in panel six. Lt. aging/wear. Exc. Bonus item is a chapter title page stat from Windy and Willy #4. DC ©June 24, 1969 stamp on back. Bob Oksner art. Three panel page w/several paste-ups at top. Exc.
