Way back in 1996, Dark Horse published this SDCC-only blank pages edition of DHP114 as a freebie for fans to collect sketches and signatures. Could this be considered the grandfather of blank covers? I didn't manage to score many, but when among them there's a JRSr Gwen Stacy you can't quite complain...
