Description
An awesome battle cover featuring a great image of Hercules versus Arkon. I always thought Arkon was a cool character and Hercules has long been one of my favorite Avengers. Would love to see the interaction between Herc and Thor on screen. This run with Steve Epting's early Marvel work is exceptional and Tom Palmer's inking made the illustrative look of Avengers look seamless from John Buscema and Paul Ryan's run through Epting's. It had a classic look in the late 80's and early 90's that hearkened back to the house style of the Marvel bullpen days.

Jason, congrats again.  Arkon vs: Hercules! A battle of Titans! Enjoy this great cover - its a glorious cover by my favorite modern day artist.  and yours.  Steve Epting is in a class by himself.
