At the moment...
Bobby, beginning the story: I just spoke to the doctor.
He said if dad can MAKE it through the NIGHT...
...MAYBE...
...
Let's just say I'm hopeful.

Ororo, flying in to have a seat next to a longtime friend: Robert, WE do not HAVE to do this now.

Bobby: YES.
WE DO.

Bobby continues, while being consoled by Ororo: My father was... HURT... for ONE reason.
Because he was helping ME.
If I spend the night SOBBING and TEARING at my clothes--

Bobby getting angry:
--Then I'll have let him DOWN.
Again.
It started this morning.
About THREE A.M. ... KENNEDY AIRPORT.

Continuing the story:
"We were catching the CAMPAIGN JET back to Atlanta."

"HECTIC schedule? Yeah."

"But nothing out of the ordinary."

"YET."
