Description
Here is another pencil design by Michael lark for the third series of PVC figures featuring several of the Justice Society's villains.



Interestingly this figure was not produced but instead they made the final figurine of the Sportsmaster's partner the Huntress.

Nice turnaround on this one!  Like this villan.  Also that they used him so heavily in the Young Justice animated.
