Brawler, from Cloonan's That Time I Was In A Girl Gang series of drawings. Shown at the 3rd Tiny Trifecta show at Tara McPherson's Cotton Candy Machine, 2013. I love all the details on this- note the "Chelsea" hairdo, suspenders, crucified skinhead tattoo, broken bottle of Olde English...and the flip flops!
