Description
This piece was drawn for my pal Chollie Roberts, who helped Will with "The Eisner Convention Artwork 'Rip Off' Caper". I've owned the piece for a few years now, but forgot to scan and post it. That has been corrected.

ADDENDUM: Folks have clamored for the origin story behind "The Eisner Convention Artwork 'Rip Off' Caper", so I have gone to the source: the venerable Chollie Roberts! I will leave out the name of the culprit, but Charlie purchased a nifty specialty drawing by Eisner, picturing the Spirit holding a number of originals. When Charlie contacted Will about having the piece signed, Eisner informed him that the original collector never paid for the piece, and that he considered it stolen. Charlie returned the piece to Eisner, who gave this original to Charlie in exchange. And that, my friends, is the rest of the story.

Now I wanna know the story behind, "The Eisner Convention Artwork 'Rip Off' Caper" since it has to do with original art.

I met and interviewed Will Eisner. He was one of the best the comics field has seen. Nice piece!
