Description

Of all the characters that Roy Thomas ret-conned or reimagined during his tenure on All-Star Squadron the Tarantula was my favorite. I thought the redesign from the Sandman clone costume to his black and brown outfit was a very nice reimagination in the vein of the pulplish heroes of the time. So picking up this splash page of his origin is a nice asset to my collection.
