Description

Another piece that appeared in Gourmet magazine, for Jane's Bar & Grill in NYC. The piece was published in 1990.

For pieces such as this, Marvin drew with something called a butcher's stick. It's a, well, stick used by butchers! Marvin found that the wooden stick worked quite well in achieving an expressive line, somewhat like the bamboo pens that I have seen folks use.
