Doctor Strange and Clea by Gene Colan

From MegaCon 2005. When he was added to the guest list, I just started saving up money. I didn't care how much it was gonna cost me to get a sketch. I already knew what I wanted. I had already emailed to confirm that he was sketching. It was just a matter of standing in line and waiting. It was sooooooo worth it. We talked for a bit while he signed a few books; I told him how scary his artwork was to a kid in 1976. His Son of Satan and Dr. Strange stuff could get REALLY creepy! He laughed when I admitted it, but it was really a great visit. When I came back to pick up the sketch...I was pretty much speechless. A once-in-a-lifetime chance and it was worth every cent and every second. Thanks, Gene!
