Hembeck view of Namor #1 (1968)

Bought from Fred and Lynn Hembeck in 2002. I originally had three Hembeck pieces recreating the best Marvel year (1964, of course) and was looking for a fourth to finish a nice 2 x2 display. Could not resist this one, even if it doesn't fit. Interesting to see Fred (whose style lends itself naturally to Ditko or Kirby) do Big John Buscema. No complaints here!

Interestingly, fellow gallery owner Jeff Sequeira lists one of these on his site, so maybe Fred has done a couple recreations of this classic issue.
