Here are the finished pencils by Mike Netzer on his reinterpretation of the classic All Star Comics 4 cover.

Please note Mike reversed the order of the flying Justice Society Characters from the original cover. The revision of the Atom's uniform to his second and far superior uniform is at my request.

This commission would never have happened without the guiding hand of Joe Rubinstein who initiated the project and whose inks grace the final image.
