Description

This is a pitch Phil Jimenez made to DC for a new Titans title just prior to the Titans v2 (2008) title coming out. In his pitch, Phil had Donna Troy and Cyborg as leaders (and romantically involved). The roster also included a new version of the Challengers of the Unknown, Zatara and Cat-Girl.
