DescriptionRobert Grossman is most well-known for his wonderful airbrush cartoon illustration work, but I've long been a fan of his ink drawings, with their light touch and terrific pacing. His comic strip work for the National Lampoon are favorites of mine. This political comic strip, featuring congressman Morris (Mo) Udall, appeared in the January 26, 1976 issue of of New York magazine. Udall was a congressman from Arizona for 30 years, and challenged Jimmy Carter for the nomination for President in 1976.
