Description
This wonderful Toonerville Folks panel is from January 27, 1941, and features the Skipper and Trolley, as the Skipper is given a hard time from driving the trolley through the dreaded East Scurvee with the name badly misspelled on the trolley. Wonderfully expressive drawing by Fox, with some delightful figures.
