Congrats on your first Wayshak.  I was glad to learn that I had at least a little something to do with you acquiring this.  The published vs. unpublished thing is not an issue for me, as the artwork can speak to me regardless of that status.  But it's cool you found a nice published example.  This looks like something that would be fascinating to study in person up close.  I'm such a sucker for anything with skulls in it.  It's funny that Jonathan doesn't think of himself as a good painter.  While it's true that I love his b&w work, I think his color work is incredible!  Congratulations again.

Crazy cool Jonathan Wayshak painting! I'm fascinated by the incredible skill that Jonathan brings to his work. I met him for the first time at OAX 2025  this year and really enjoyed talking with him and looking more closely at his work. He is incredibly talented and always seems to finding new ways of looking at the world. I love this painting that youi picked up. I am fascinated by the crazy intensity of the screaming man. I notice that Jonathan included skulls in the painting. There seem to be a lot of skulls in his work. It's very cool. Fabulous pick-up, congrats!
