I read this story at the time and it disturbed me. Cap breaks the law multiple times here. I know he thinks he's right but is merely showing heavy handed disregard for formal process. Call the real cops, Cap. Breaking into someones home (on the word of someone you have just beaten up who would say anything to get rid of you so he can do a runner) without a search warrant or proveable probable cause. Guess that ones getting struck out. Then there's the assualt charges. Lol. J J Jameson is right. They are not heroes. They are all menaces.
