It has been really hard to finally get a page from the birth issue of Thanos and I'll content myself with that incredible action page featuring Ironman and Drax the Destroyer fighting the Blood Brothers.
1st Drax and 1st Blood Bro issue as well, start of a game changing saga..What I really love about this page is that it is the page where Tony frees the Destroyer who gets into action for the first time after crying for help from the title splash I so dearly craved and failed when opportunity rose..
Also while the issue's inking is masterfully executed by Mike Esposito that middle panel foreground shines as Starlin !!
Very very happy to have that IM #55 page !!!

Hard to own the comic even back then. This page is the epitome of awesome sci-fi drama and action back in 1973. It picked up the Kree-Skrull war buzz that cracked the seal and kicked down the door.
