Description
"Crazy Keller" by Garth Ennis, June 2022. Created by Alan Hebden and Eric Bradbury. Artist's inks over his blue lines.

Professor Otto Lent: "At your service, sir."

Keller: "Okay, listen up..."

Keller: "Grabbin' you was the easy part, we were the last thing the Ivans expected. But it's a hundred miles to our own lines--this time in broad daylight--an' anyone we meet on the way is guaranteed to be hostile, capice?"

Prof. Lent: "Very much so. Do be careful with my papers, corporal, whoever sent you today will not be pleased if you lose them."

Keller: "Figured it out, huh?"

Prof. Lent: "That Washington has no more intention of sharing my research with Moscow than vice-versa? I am slightly surprised at the nature of my rescue party, mind you..."

Keller: "Yeah, I bet. Well, our creep of a boss is trynna impress the top brass--he saw some intelligence report that mentioned you, figured we were his best shot at grabbing' such a major asset."
Prof. Lent: "So he ordered you...?"

Keller: "Blackmailed us. Heads up."

Russian soldiers: "Vy duraki, vy duraki! Nemtsy v etom gorude!"

Russian soldiers: "Podozhdite minutu, byli li oni Americantsami...?"

Aerial: "Huh?"

Prof. Lent: "You don't speak Russian?"

Aerial: "Only German an' American..."

Prof. Lent: "Oh, well that was--you fools, the Germans are in that town. And then--wait a minute, were they Americans?"

Keller: "Aerial, get on the guns."
