Ted and Fone Bone by Jeff Smith, San Francisco 2009

      Jeff Smith is one of my favorite cartoonists. The Alternative Press Expo brought the cartoonist to San Francisco as a Special Guest in 2009. The SDCC organization was running two excellent conventions in the city: WonderCon in Spring and APE in Autumn. I attended both in addition to SDCC in the Summer. I brought the hardcover exhibition catalog Jeff Smith: Bone and Beyond. The exhibition was held by the Wexner Center for the Arts and the Cartoon Research Library of the Ohio State University.
