One of the most beautiful, dynamic, and intense covers ever drawn by Mark Bagley (IMHO). As a big time Symbiote fan of Mark, this has everything I could want: an in your face Venom, a semi defeated Spider-Man, and countless webs. The previous owner had inks added to the published pencils by Matt Banning. The inks do indeed bring the pencils to life and make the image “pop”. Curious why the owner didn’t ask for a blue line to be done to save the pencils. This cover has always been a major fav of mine. Happy to be the guardian of this cover. Enjoy 🤗
