Nick Derington - Guts the Black Swordsman

Ive been trying to get a Nick Derington piece for a while now with no luck, but was so glad to be able to jump on his commission list! There was only one character choice that I could have gone with and Nick absolutely crushed it. At first I wasn't sure if I should go with color due to the subject, but looking at what he did, I am so happy I went with color. The way he weaved and blended the different darker colors for Guts and the Count vs the smoke and fire all around them is just perfect. A true representation of Guts inner turmoil at this time point.
