Here is the final page of the three page sequence transforming Zatanna into a new and definitely improved costume. Why they changed her from the top hat and tails costume we'll never know. But this is a definite improvement over costume number two.
Once again Don Heck pencils, aided by Frank McLaughlin on inks. This is from JLA #187 page 4.
My thanks to Anthony Snyder for allowing this page to find a new home.

Ahh, the 1980's costume change of Zatanna. Better than what she had before, but I still think she' better in the top hat, tails, and fishnets. Don Heck does draw beautiful women though, and Z is looking great here.
