I couldn't believe it when I managed to get this page for virtually nothing, especially considering it features the work of two of my all-time favorite comic artists: Jim Aparo pencils and Bill Sienkiewicz inks. I never thought I'd own any of their work, and although this page may not be considered a "classic" or a "must-have" by other collectors, to me this page is an absolute joy. And on top of it all, a shadowy Batman and Robin, as well as Commissioner Gordon, appear in the page.

Yeah, that was an interesting collaboration, Aparo and Sienkiewicz, but as you say, it worked really well. Nice page.

I love odd pairings on pencil and inks. Sometimes the results are lesser than it's parts, but sometimes magic happens ! This is a case where that magic did happen ! In theory I wouldn't Sienkiewicz inks would be a good fit for Aparo's pencils, but the result is beautiful and unique ! Thanks for sharing !
