I found this and 2 other pages from Randy Martin's Mighty Nib website and bought them for myself for my birthday. Chris Batista and Dave Meikis did a great job with Aquaman returning to his classic look and never looking as kingly-hot as he does here. In earlier issues, the city of San Diego and its Naval Base had been sunk beneath the waves and its people transformed into water-breathers. In this story spread over Nos. 23-24, Aquaman and the new Sea Devils try to prevent the Marauder from stealing weapons and technology from the Base.
