Description
Don Rosa is one of the most famous comic artists on the planet, but almost entirely overseas, leaving him virtually unknown here in the US. This allowed me to get this amazing piece over the course of two different conventions. It's an enormous 11"x27" in size and is based on a great panel from his Eisner Award nominated masterpiece, A Matter of Some Gravity.

For those who haven't read the story the plot is incredibly cool - Magica casts a spell on Scrooge and Donald that makes their gravity go sideways. Suddenly the walls are the floor to them and they're in a race to catch her as she escapes with Scrooge's first dime. The physics and concept are just off the charts awesome - a worthy read!

It's a shame that Don is not more widely known and appreciated in the U.S., but it's a nice break for you that he was able to complete this wonderful commission. Congratulations!!!
