Description
This is the last page of the fan-favorite comic book Legends Of The Dark Knight #54 "Sanctum", wich was Mignola's first story&art complete work, and the seed for creator's own Hellboy. His style is already defined, playing with ink masses on the background wich will become the author's known style. The bottom panel, with the credits included, could have been from any of his Hellboy pages. Really love this page, that has become my favorite Mignola.

Glad to be of help, my friend. It's an excellent piece that you got at a great price. Mignola has often mentioned how this LOTDK story was practice for the tone of his Hellboy books that followed soon after, so this is also a nice slice of history.

I like the economy of Mignola's line in those first panels and the final shot of the graveyard really does foreshadow what was to come.

Impresionante página, Pablo. Desde la composición de planos hasta la maestría que tiene Mignola a la hora de generar esos ambientes de terror gótico. Y esta historia de LOTDK es una gozada!
