Sexy Joe Boy Mon-El by Joe Phillips

I commissioned Mon-El at SDCC 2009 who, after Superboy, is one of the hottest Legionnaires and one of my favorite since I was a kid. I think all that angst and isolation in the Phantom Zone was something I kinda identified with on some level. I love that he takes centerstage in Action Comics and had this glimmer of hope that he might be sexually adventurous as we saw him get to know one of his neighbors (but it turned out to be a Legionnaire in disguise-Bouncing Boy) but who knows. I love that he took Johnathon Kent's name, that he talks funny, and that he has taken on the mantle of Superman (but I hate his new costume)...Here is Joe's rendition of the classic costume in a state of undress as only Joe can do. The face was inspired by either Chris Evans or Channing Tatum, I can't recall....but Joe gave him a hot innocence that I love...Thanks Joe !!!
