DescriptionThis cartoon illustration appears to be a part of a sequence, or book illustration. The title written at the top is "Blow Candle Out", but there's not much indication as to what it's referring to. Even still, Thomas' use of the blacks in the piece is wonderful, adding to the mood of the scene. I really dig that long vertical in the foreground, with the rifle anchoring the scene.Social/Sharing |
