Tigra (Pinup) by Michael Bair

"Put a Tigra in your tank" or better yet add her to your CAF gallery. She's always been a big favorite of mine ever since her 1st appearance, well.. even before that really.

"Claws of the Cat" was part of the post-Stan Lee Marvel books from 1972. Luke Cage: Hero for Hire, Shanna, the She-Devil, the Gunhawks were all new ideas for Marvel and represented a major change in the type of books that would come.

Marie Severin & Wally Wood did the amazing art for the 1st issue (see my CAF gallery for a prime example), and a few years later the character morphed into the feline, Tigra. Another big kick for me was that "the Cat", or Hell-cat was a major figure in my run on Hellstorm.

Anyway, any chance I get to draw a Jungle Cat Lady, you get my A-game !!! (Tigra is 400. + postage)
