DescriptionOk, I had a bit of fun with this one. While finishing up the "Maid of Mars" piece I've been working on I was watching the 1950's, Adventures of Superman on DVD (my first introduction to the comic world as a kid). I always remembered how excited I would get at the opening credits of the show. I thought about how neat it would be to draw the same scene with Christopher Reeve or Henry Cavill. One thing led to another and I replaced the Man of Steel with the Maid of Steel. I don't really care for the current look of her suit so I decided to pull from all her outfits over the past and just put what I wanted. I always loved her in the skirt and hated the 80's headband. The one modern feature I added was the new "S" emblem from the upcoming movie. Thanks for looking!Social/Sharing |
