Rocketeer Movie Adaptation Cover Prelim Dave Stevens

This is the Rocketeer Movie Adaptation Cover Prelim by Dave Stevens. The artwork is featured on pg 266 of the Rocketeer Deluxe Complete Adventures by IDW. The artwork can be seen on the bottom half of that page on the book.

The piece is done on thin sketch/typing paper and is Off White in hue. The piece measures 8.5" x 11". It is signed and dated '90. The art is in excellent condition with the exception of a small pair of discoloration marks measuring less than a 1/4" each that are not on Dave's line work. These marks can be seen in the IDW book and add to the provenance of the piece.
