Beautifully animated drawing in this wonderful March 17, 1925 example of Cap Stubbs, by Edwina Dumm. The drawing is so damn joyful, especially that fantastic third panel. The piece is subtitled, "Maybe He'll Listen Now".

Beautiful work--thanks for sharing! I didn't know this strip (or cartoonist--had only heard of her), so I'm delighted for the introduction. CAP STUBBS reminds me a little of another of my favorite strips, REG'LAR FELLERS. (I know, there were a lot of strips about kids in the Golden Age.) I have a few dozen nice REG'LAR FELLERS examples. I should get some of them up on my CAF. (Hah!)
