Well, the 1980s were something, weren't they? Watchmen, the Dark Knight, American Flagg, Concrete, Jon Sable, Swamp Thing, the Brit Invasion, Perez and Wolfman on Titans. Either you know about this, or you don't. DC reinvented itself and shook off years of dust. First, Comico and other publishers appeared. And even Marvel began to have fun with Byrne's FF, and EPIC Illustrated. Some good times.
