It seems there was to be a Phoenix limited series in the 80's scripted by Chris Claremont and pencilled by Rick Leonardi. A few pages were produced, some pencilled, some lettered and some inked. The project was shelved for about a decade and emerged as a mini-series called "True Friends," but the original 80's pages were not used. Peronally, I cannot see any relationship between the Phoenix pages and the True Friends comic. Not sure about the page numbering. Perhaps a couple of false starts got their page numbers mixed?
