This art was done by Wally Wood for the one-page gag "Discovery Explains Atom Fusion" that appeared in Humbug #1 (1957), edited by Harvey Kurtzman. It's the only page of art Wood did for Humbug. The gag explains how nuclear fusion works by showing two atoms playing tennis. A copy of the published page containing the written explanation is also attached.
