inspite of some perspective errors...I like this a lot....has a nice finished and worked look to it....neatly done :)
This is one of those old style pics thats just really great artistically....i think very few modern works can compete with these types of styles. Theres no unneeded distortion in this piece and i think it took more effort than many modern works get away with these days
Thanks J---it really means a lot to me....I just wonder why it is that usually people like my loose stuff more than my precise stuff....its always been the case....and its not neccesarry the route i wanna take...i like being precise and neat :(
If this was a comic that was for sale, i would buy it. Its really nice...especially the batman panel
Theres a lot of things i like about this.... 1) It seems like a lot of work went into it 2) nice atmoshpere 3) unique style drawbacks: 1) face could have been a bit better anatomically 2) the rain doens`t have enough depth(its too repetitive and mechanical...like a photoshop filter) 3) I feel the clouds are too small and detailed-also photoshop filter like but i like it in general
Yo can in photoshop do this in the menu---go to image>adjust>selective color If you want black more black, choose it in the scroll bar and play around with the drag arrows. You can do the same with all the other colours
nicely done- you can now also try scanning it in and editing the pencil colors with a program like photoshop. Scan at least 300dpi and original size. You can use the pencils as a basis for the effects and fills of photoshop/corel photopaint etc. go well
Hi Cool character I like this one most of all the ones you drew. I just think the color yellow could have been a bit brighter
Hi T I like the size of Hulk-the pic gives an idea of the power and scale of the Hulk
Looks nice (and interesting) wouldn`t mind seeing more of these characters somewhere(any specific links?)
It looks like you are using Coreldraw for the lettering wich is probably not the best for lettering and coloring. The colors doesnt work well here in my opinion(is it maybe unfinished?) The pencilling could also made to look like inking by adjusting "curves and contrast" in a program such as Photoshop. The minimallistic appraoch also worked better for me. Detail could be added while being minimalist by drawing large areas with detail(such as grass or clothing patterns) A good idea is also to have detail against flatness(like the way you would use darkness against light for contrast) M
I like the simplistic panneling-Your movement from panel to panel is also nice and efficient(something I struggle with) Your drawing skills are good but need some work-I prefer your plots, layouts and ideas. Its nice and clean as well as minimalistic. M
Hi Just one piece of advice-when giving a title to a artwork, give the text colour a more subtle colour instead of eg. a black ontop of white- The text musn`t take attention from the artwork (I`m talking about the bottom text) The same applies with the artist`s name or signature-M
The Trinity is like a prism shedding light of colours into all directions- Great pencils- Do you have your own characters as well? M
Not bad-the coloring improved the overall look- Your blacks arnt black enough though-try adjusting your inkings "modes" (ctrl M) in adobe photoshop
I Like the sketch as a whole. More work could have been on the nose though (I believe a nose should be drawn as smooth as possible-a practiced hand will help for a more controlled line) The right leg of the character could have been made more 3d by letting the foot "peek" out behind the thigh creating a overlap effect and depth illusion.
Nice drawing-if youre in love with Karen It could be seen in the drawing-if not, sorry i`ve mistaken
the link has corrupted-this artwork has changed from my original-my artwork dissapeared
see a lot of potential in your work - I`m sure you are selling your artworks to people you know already

Like your website style and prefer your inkings above your paintings-Graphic Designer myself-I`m sure your paintings has potential in the future though
Hi Its good not to be afraid to be expressive with the pencilling-I have that problem sometimes, but you seem to cope well with the expressive side M
Like the capture of the overall mood and the mood of the character itsself
Hi Likes: Line, choice of shadow colour and consistent level of drawing quality Dislikes: Crossover of lines in inking-nearly like 80`s graphic design or technical drawings
Technically I like the inking (looks pro) I don`t like the subject matter of the pages though
