It was very exciting as he was drawing them for sure. I remember seeing that big monster guy and thinking...damn Travis can always make something so cool looking and uniquely his own!
I remember when Travis turned this in. He'd moved I think at that point from San Diego over to France....and when it arrived it was interesting to note the date (year) was off. Trying to remember because I think the date on this says 1994-2000 and the cover came in in early 1999. No big deal but I did think it was kind of funny it was mislabeled. Great piece!

I've always liked this piece a lot. Art was really starting to push himself again and as we've all seen over the last 4 or 5 years....he's hitting as hard as ever if not with more force, power, and detail. It's such nice looking 'art'.(Art.):)ricH~
