cool thank you Paul.  Travis is amazing...so working with him was really something special and even after all this time.  I am not sure I totally can believe we did some comics together.  Maybe it's a fever dream and one day I'll wake up .  ;)

it really depends on the series (Vol 2 and X-Men Wild Cats are very rare just because of the small amount of original art,  and it's also considered his "best" or at the very least more popular (collectors generally will focus in on "do you have pages from this series" (X-Men Wild Cats or Volume 2 era) from Travis and then what characters (Voodoo seems to be his most popular).  also I mean...look at the views on this...the bikini gets more hits. 

I love Wild Cats volume 1 and love the work Travis and Troy did as an example on that series.  It's some of my favorite work from him (them).  I also like his Metabaron art a lot!

no problem.  I am as big a fan of Travis as everyone else.  He really is an incredible artist and like all of you.  I enjoy seeing the work and especially in ways (like in black and white) that I might not have ever seen before!

Hey Mike. He's been doing Fine art for about 15-20 years...he doesn't seem to produce a ton or at least that he shows...but he's slow and steady.  He works in large oils, he also does some gigant (like lifesize) Charcoal pieces that are nuts.  He did start a gallery here a few months back I think.  Hope that helps!

No problem.  It's fun to see other people's Steampunk pages also.  I swear though almost all the pieces from the book here on CAF are pages I originally sold.  (Not all but a LOT) I believe Chris sold almost all his Steampunk pages.  So it's interesting so little of those made it onto CAF.

man  I just went through your Steampunk gallery what a fun trip down memory lane.  you would have thought I was watching a movie.  I was like "oooooh,,,, ahhh!" going to the next image.  Going on memory of the pages you got most of the interiors from me?  It's hard sometimes for me to remember because I have seen the work so much.  I might be remembering which pages I used to have...either way.  You collection is awesome!!  Such a shame Chris and Joe never went back to this (thus far) it's a really cool set of concepts and a one of a kind comic!!

YEAH!  exactly.  I am a huge Generation X fan.  I was really pushing Chris in that direction with my inks.  I loved what he and Mark Buckingham had done but I knew also he wanted a slicker and tighter look...so I tried to "thread the needle" between tight but loose.  

Thanks. Like anything you just take it one step at a time.  The art was so amazing I enjoyed it. Every single time a box would arrive from Fed Ex with new pencils to ink.  I couldn't wait to see what he had created in pencil and what I'd be exploring for the next several days inking.
