Sales between July 28 - August 3, 2025 saw 1,075 total auction results from our Market Data Search, selling for just over $506,260 US from last week's Heritage Wednesday weekly auction, Heritage Western Illustration auction, Heritage Superhero Showcase Auction, and eBay auctions- a $169,905 increase in sales from the prior period. Select results from Hake's Auction have been included but are not combined with our sales reports.
Doomsday slaughters some annoying Warworld fugitives in a Jon Bogdanove page from Superman: The Man of Steel #19 sold during the weekly Heritage auction.
eBay's bestseller was a Keith Giffen page from Legion Of Super-Heroes #290 in which the Legion inspects the destruction of the Museum of Mystic Arts.
Judge Dredd is blown from his Lawmaster motorcycle as an atomic bomb explodes in the background on the Brian Bolland cover to 2000 AD Prog 197 which was the top bid item on Hake's.
Heritage's Western Illustration auction included over 50 pieces of art including a painting by John Philip Falter featuring a sleepy frontier town's new school marm arriving by stagecoach.
Another Jon Bogdanove page from Superman: The Man of Steel #19 featuring Doomsday trashing a construction site was sold in the Heritage Superhero Showcase auction.
